Pairings: ideal for grilled meats, this wine is a perfect match for Duck Confit, Ibérico Ham and Aged Goat Cheese.

Tempranillo grapes were aged for 36 months in 4 and 1/2 year old American casks, while Garnacha grapes were aged for 30 months in 2 to 3 year old American oak barrels.

It offers intense spicy aromas of black pepper, cinnamon and vanilla on the nose.

The palate is delighted by its pleasant structure and delicate tannins.
