This remarkable nougat made with selected and caramelised toasted Marcona Almonds is the Cudié interpretation of the Spanish traditional "Turrón".

It's coated with the nut praline which recipe is jealously guarded by the Catalan Cudié family since 1946, when they started producing their famous Catànies in Vilafranca del Penedés.

Catànies are the most iconic chocolate sweets produced by the Cudié family. The master chocolatier Josep Cudié invented the Catanies recipe in the late 40s in the Catalan village of Vilafranca del Penedés.

Catànies Nougat is the Cudié version of the Spanish traditional Christmas treats.
