Jijona Nougat is one of the most traditional Spanish nougats. It is a typical sweet treat usually eaten at Christmas.

The Jijona soft variety is similar to Alicante Nougat, but almonds are reduced to a paste. The addition of oil makes the matrix more chewy and sticky.

This Artisan Nougat is produced with the best Marcona almonds from Valencia.

Delicious! Very difficult to put down. I'm not a 'sweet tough' person but loved it. Sweet but also nutty, and not at all sticky or over-sweetened. Natural and gorgeous. Same as the Alicante one but crunchier :-)
