Easy to Cook Duck Legs – 4 Legs of 222g each

Extra quality fattened Duck Legs, slow cooked at low temperature in their own fat following a traditional Confit recipe. You just need to heat them before serving.

Preparation: open the can and heat it in a bain marie. Pour content in a baking tray and bake it at 250° for 15 min. Grill it for 5 more minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy. Serve with apple compote, fig jam or potatoes baked in the duck fat.
