This Artisan Goat Cheese is produced by Formatges Artesans de Ponent, a small Catalan cheese-maker proud to be producing high quality cheese using ancient methods.

Its texture is creamy and homogeneous.

It has an aromatic slightly spicy taste.

Awarded a Silver Medal at 2016 World Cheese Awards held in San Sebastán, for the first time outside the UK.

Suggestion: perfect as a starter with roasted vegetables (escalivada).

Tip: it can be used to prepare sauces for red meats.

I love goat cheese and Eatapas has the best Catalonian goat cheese, they are delicious.
