Artisan Yellowfin Tuna Belly in Olive Oil - Marisol
115g – Yellowfin Tuna Belly – Ventresca de Atún
This white tuna is captured off the coast of Northern Spain. The “Ventresca” is the smoothest and more juicy part of the White tuna. The production process is entirely artisan and the product is preserved in olive oil and salt.
Suggestion: taste it alone in its own olive oil or place some fillets on top of a tomato salad.
Tip: preserved tuna becomes more flavourful and tender over time so let it mature before tasting.
