Albacore Tuna Belly – Ventresca de Bonito del Norte - 120g
This Albacore Tuna is captured off the coast of Northern Spain. The “ventresca” is the smoothest and most delicate part of the Albacore Tuna.
At La Lata they choose just the best fillets. They carefully select them by hand and carefully place them in their can.
La Lata Tuna Belly is preserved in Olive Oil and Salt.
Suggestion: taste it alone in its own olive oil or place some fillets on top of a tomato salad.
Tip: preserved Tuna Belly becomes more flavourful and tender over time.
