Octopus in Authentic Galician Paprika Sauce - Los Peperetes - 120g

Tender Octopus in the typical Galician Paprika Sauce prepared in an artisan way.

Octopus is marinated and frozen to break down its tough fibres. It is then thawed, cleaned and simmered with onion and salt. Once drained and cooled down, it is chunked and topped with a sauce consisting of Olive Oil, Paprika and Garlic.

Known as Pulpo a la Gallega, this is one of the most classic Spanish Tapas.

Suggestion: warm it up and serve on a small wooden board as a starter.
