Zamorano Cheese made from Ewe's Raw Milk – Matured for 2-4 Months - ~ 270g
Cheese made from 100% unpasteurised ewe's milk.
It has a mild buttery taste and a lingering aftertaste on the palate. Both shape and flavour are extremely similar to Manchego Cheese.
It should be cut into 3-4mm thick triangles.
This cheese was awarded a silver medal at 2015, 2013, 2012 and 2011 & bronze medal at 2017 World Cheese Awards organised by the Guild of Fine Food.
Suggestion: it pairs well with quince jam.
Tip: pull out of the refrigerator at least ½ hour before serving.
