This chorizo is made with the best quality meat of purebred Black Iberian Pigs fed on acorns.

Blázquez’s Chorizos hang in their own cool and ventilated dryers for at least 6 months to dry-cure. The result is a juicy and tasty chorizo with firm texture and intense flavour.

Suggestion: serve as a starter accompanied by some typical Picos or Regañá and pair it with a glass of Rioja.

Tip: take out of the refrigerator at least 1/2 an hour before serving.
