Juan Pedro Domecq Lomito 100% Iberico is made from the most juicy and flavourful cut of pork meat, known in Spain as Presa Iberica.

This unique product comes from pigs that roam freely in oak woods and are exclusively fed on a diet of acorn.

Suggestion: perfect as a starter accompanied by Picos, typical Andalusian breadsticks, and paired with a beautiful Ribera del Duero

Tip: pull out of the refrigerator and slice it at least 1 hour before serving.
