Sobrasada is a typical product of the Balearic Islands made with lean raw pork meat, minced and seasoned with salt, sweet or spicy Spanish paprika and other spices.

Its curing period may vary from 30 to 70 days.

Suggestion: spread a thin layer of sobrasada on toasted bread, top it with a triangle of Tetilla Cheese and grill it until cheese is melted.
