~ 450g - Acorn-fed Iberian Loin – Vacuum packed piece
It’s one of the finest product of the Iberian Pig, made from a muscle located near the backbone, just below the ribs. Being an artisan product, its production is limited.
Suggestion: perfect as a starter accompanied by bread rubbed with tomato.
Tip: store in a cool and dry place and remove from its vacuum sealed pack at least one hour before serving.
