Mahon Cheese PDO Made from Raw Milk – Aged for 5 months – Mini Whole Piece Vacuum Sealed ~ 1.1Kg

This Mahon Cheese is produced the artisan way with raw cow's milk by a cooperative of farmers from Menorca.

Its texture is firm and its taste is mild, buttery and slightly salted.

Island climate and extensive production system provide this cheese with a unique flavour.

During its maturing period cheese is periodically rubbed with a blend of paprika and olive oil that gives rind its typical orange colour. 

Suggestion: taste it with Bread Rubbed with Tomato or with nuts.

Tip: pair it with a fresh and fruity red wine.
