Suggestion: ideal for a Spanish cured meats and cheeses dinner accompanied by a bottle of fresh and fruity red wine.

Chorizo León Style - Cal Tomás - La Pobla de Segur (Catalonia)

Cal Tomás is a family-owned business which origin dates back to the beginning of the 20th century.

In 1913 they founded a butcher shop in La Pobla de Segur, a small town that lies in the foothills of the Catalan Pyrenees. In this stunning natural environment the 3rd and 4th generation of the Gordó family turned Cal Tomás into a renowned and award winning organic farming company.

Made from high quality pork meats, Cal Tomás Chorizo is oak wood smoked and cured for 1 or 2 months in natural cellars.
