Conde de Argillo’s Serie Oro is an early harvest, cold extraction and low acidity extra virgin olive oil. It has an intense fruity taste of green olives and a pleasant aroma of fresh grass, leaves and tomato. It is slightly bitter and spicy. It is an olive oil produced according to the regulations of the Sierra Magina Designation of Origin, the largest of the European Union. Sierra Magina is one of the three PDOs of Olive Oil located in the province of Jaen, where 20% of the world's olive oil is produced, i.e. more than the total Italian production.
