Museu de la Confitura’s jams were awarded two silver medals and one bronze medal at the 2017 edition of the Dalemain Marmalade Awards & Festival held in Cumbria.

Suggestion: ideal on toast or croissant, it’s also a great match for mature goat cheese.

Wild Berry Jam - Museu de la Confitura - Torrent (Girona) - Catalonia

If you happen to travel around Northern Catalonia don’t miss the opportunity to pay a brief visit to Museu de la Confitura, a museum/shop/lab established in 2004 by Mrs. Georgina Regas. When she retired, at the age of 65, she gathered a team of ladies who shared her same passion for healthy and high quality food and started producing artisan jams.

Besides more traditional flavours, they select and creatively blend fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices produced by local farmers to obtain unusual and intriguing jams.

In their shop they give jam making classes and organise workshops and temporary exhibitions.

Their Wild Berry Jam is a superb mix of wild berries.

In our online store you can also find their Seville Orange Jelly Marmalade that was awarded a gold medal in 2014 and 2015 Dalemain Marmalade Awards & Festival held annually in Cumbria.
