Penne, “Pene in Venetian Dialect”, is one of the most typical and versatile types of pasta.

At Pastificio Borella strong traditions remain rooted even today. Founded in 1935, this artisan pasta maker brings us superb products made with the best Italian Durum Wheat.

Each blue paper package is carefully hand–wrapped.

Cooking instructions: pour 1 litre of water for every 100g of pasta in a cooking pot. Bring to a boil and add 10g salt for every 100g of pasta. Pour pasta and cook for 12 minutes, stirring from time to time. Drain, dress and serve.
