Spanish Tortilla is one of the most iconic Spanish Tapas.

This mix to prepare a delicious Spanish Tortilla allows you to add other ingredients at your taste (peppers, onions, etc.).

Ingredients: Potatoes, Sunflower Oil and Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Beat 5 or 6 eggs. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. Pour the content of the jar into a pan.
  3. Warm it up on a moderate heat.
  4. Add the beaten eggs to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  5. When the bottom side is cooked, invert on a plate and slide back into the pan.
  6. Cook for a few minutes.
  7. Wait 10 minutes before serving.
