How to inform us that one of the products you received is faulty?

Our commitment is to provide you with high quality and flawless service. In spite of our efforts, your order may be damaged in transit.

On delivery, please check carefully all the products ordered and report any damage to us by email at youandus@eatapas.co.uk quoting your name and your order reference. If you contact us and send us photographs of the damaged products, we will be happy to offer you a replacement or a refund.

How will you be refunded

If you are not happy with the condition of one of the products you received from us we will process a refund up to 14 calendar days from date of delivery.

It may take 3 to 5 business days to issue your refund after we receive your complaint.

The amount of the product damaged will be refunded to the same credit card used for your online shopping.

How to return unwanted non-perishable products

You may change your mind about your purchase of non-perishable products and you may want to return unwanted products to us after receiving them.

In this case you need to arrange the return of unwanted non-perishable products not later than 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered.

In order to get a full refund you have to return the products unopened and in the same condition you received them.

Please be aware that we are unable to process returns or refunds on perishable food items that are just unsuitable or unwanted. And that we are not able to refund any delivery or postage costs.
