Delivery Information

Delivery to Mainland UK* is FREE on orders of £60 or more.

*England, Wales and Scotland, excluding Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles and The Isle of Man.

Delivery is charged at £5.65 for orders below £60 to Mainland UK.

Orders placed before 12noon will normally be delivered the following working day unless you request otherwise at checkout.

We always do our best to achieve our stated delivery times but we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

Parcels will be delivered through a third party carrier.

The carrier which we cooperate with is able to offer you a “Predict and Follow my Parcel” service. They provide you with a one-hour delivery window, notified by SMS, so you don’t have to wait in all day. They also enable you to follow the progress of your delivery on your smart-phone as it makes its way to you.

You only need to tell us your mobile number.

Track your Order

You will be notified by SMS when the order is dispatched and you'll be communicated a Tracking Code.

On the morning of delivery the carrier will send you an SMS to let you know when they are coming. They will provide you with a one-hour delivery window.

If you are not going to be in, by clicking on the link that you will find in the SMS you can access a menu of rescheduling options. You can:

  • Opt for delivery to a neighbour.
  • Give instructions to deliver in a safe place.
  • Select an alternative delivery date.

You have the option to specify a shipping address, which is different to your registered address.

We are happy to deliver to work places, neighbours or friends if this information is provided at checkout.

We don’t dispatch perishable foods on Fridays, unless a Saturday Delivery Service to UK Mainland is requested.

Delivery of perishable, temperature sensitive goods.

If your order contains items that need to be kept chilled such as cheese or cured meats, these products will be packed with suitable ice gel packs. These gel packs will keep your products chilled for the time required for the delivery and considerably longer during times when the weather is cold.

For orders to be dispatched outside Mainland UK, where we cannot offer next-day delivery, we don’t recommend to include those goods that strictly require refrigerated storage. In these cases, please take into account that we won’t consider responsible and goods will be sent to you at your risk. Especially when you order perishable goods, you should be sure that you are able to receive your parcel on the first attempt.

If you are not sure whether you will be available to receive the delivery, please contact us to reschedule the delivery or to have your parcel sent to an alternative address.

Sending Gifts

We would be delighted to be chosen for your gifts.

At checkout you need to specify the address of the recipient but please be accurate.

Don’t forget to include a mobile phone number, so you can be advised by SMS.

In the delivery address instructions you should also indicate where to leave the goods in case the recipient is out, i.e. 'If out leave with neighbour'.

Stock Availability

You will understand that our stock positions are subject to continual change. Very occasionally our website may allow you to order an out of stock item but it might happens. To ensure a timely delivery, we will substitute with a similar item of equal or higher value (at no additional cost), unless requested not to do so in your order’s delivery instructions.

Claims

Breakages and decayed products.

When you receive your parcel, please check that the products included in your order have arrived safely and in good conditions. Please notify us immediately in case of breakages and decayed products by e-mail at youandus@eatapas.co.uk, enclosing photos of the defect, to organise a credit or replacement.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return a product all you need to do is to telephone us on 020 7435 7052 or send an e-mail to youandus@eatapas.co.uk within 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to allow us to organise a credit or a replacement, provided that the product you wish to return is non-perishable.
