We felt it was time to bring you another instalment in the series of our favourite tapas bars and restaurants. We’re always on the hunt for the tastiest tapas!

We’ve previously visited Leeds to discover its selection of Spanish restaurants, as well as sampled the tapas in London Bridge.

This time, we’re visiting Birmingham to bring you our suggestions for the best tapas hideouts around. So, if you’re out and about in the city, be sure to visit some of these!

El Borracho de Oro

El Borracho de Oro, also lovingly known as ‘El B’ is an authentic Spanish restaurant nestled in the heart of Birmingham.

Priding itself on its passion for good, traditional Spanish food, El B is a great choice for those looking for a little taste of Spain.

Plus, due to its amazing cocktails, it’s a great place for a night out!

Casa Naranjo

Dedicated to preparing authentic Spanish cuisine, Casa Naranjo is located in the heart of Shrewsbury. It’s around an hour away from Birmingham, but we won’t tell if you don’t.

It’s the ultimate tapas dining experience, complete with a great atmosphere.

Casa Naranjo is a welcoming, family-run place with the motto ‘if you’re hungry, you can always order more!’
